Team Ardale
Ardale is a family run business which has owned and managed care homes for more than 25 years. Behind the name is a senior leadership team with many years of nursing and care expertise. We have created a small number of bespoke homes, so we can give each one our full support, to deliver the highest quality care.
We are not an anonymous ‘grey’ corporate care company with thousands of anonymous staff. We all know each other and support each other every day, working as one team.
We are very proud that each of our homes is unique. We aim to be the care home of choice, in each of the communities we serve.

We will provide nursing care and support underpinned by an ethos of being a non-judgemental home for all, whatever your sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender identity or individual charactheristic that makes you who you are.
